1. Chrissy feeling cold in the heat may mean she has a fever – please check. Anyway, Merry Christmas to you guys, wish I was in the Philippines with my own girl right now! πŸ‘βœοΈπŸŽ„πŸŽ

  2. Buy both and Dale and the grand kids can live there and take care of his elderly parentsπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ‘³πŸΌπŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ¦³. Simple!!

  3. Wrap a big rubberband around your wrist to the handle bar. With a few reps of that you should be able to turn it off by memory. Good to see you guys again

  4. Chrissy is so great. You are so lucky Tim……she put up with you.πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ You are ok too.πŸ‘πŸΌ. Love ya both. πŸ‡΅πŸ‡πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ HAPPY NEW YEAR πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ‡΅πŸ‡

  5. OMG Tim I just discovered your channel last week and I love it. I already binge watched every video and I’ve been waiting for a new video ever since.

I love how Chrissy busts out that perfect smile every time you turn the camera her way. I also love the very rare disapproving look she gives.

Hope everything works out soon with your land hunt.

  6. I love the house concept. You could make a lagoon style pool with a waterfall to drown out the roosters. By the way when TinTin says look at the friendly snake…….DONT PET IT! LOL!!!!

  7. Tim I like that open area overlooking the pool. It’s got a real resort feel to it.
Things seem to move slow in the Philippines. How long you think would it take to build this?

  8. Chrissy could be lacking vitamin D.. darker skin people don’t get it as much as us lighter skin people.. Seems weird because they are darker.. also zinc, vitamin c, tonic water if you can find those..

  9. Engineer Tim or Architect Tim, πŸ€“did you use Sketch up software for the animated house plan?

    In Philippines, price estimate range

    2020 Prize per square meter:
Php 20,000 to 35,000 per square meter, depending on the type of materials to be used.

  10. Hysterical comment by Chrissy about the friendly snakes. We heard about the shop owner who got killed the other day from our friend who lives across the street from the shop. Apparently it was a former house boy that killed him. The land looks nice so best of luck to both of you on that. We hope Chrissy feels better.

  11. Im glad Chrissy follows the need to wear a mask in a Pandemic so annoying that Tim keeps telling her to take it off. Geez give her a flippin break. We can hear her just fine and she is caring for those around her.

  12. In the minute 5 . .wen tim say . .looks like a bag full of junke . .it so funy the face and the hand move of Cristy πŸ€£πŸ˜‚ .i see it 3 times
    Hi from Mexico

  13. Get well Chrissy, make sure Tim looks after you we love your beautiful smiles. Good for looking at him with daggers when he said “looks like a bag of junk”

  14. The wife and I just bought 400sqm down the road in Bontoc with ocean access for 1m pesos. That’s more than twice the size, so looking like a very good deal. I would be all over that deal if I were you.

  15. Happy New Year To you Tim and to your Familly and Everyone . Stay Safe and May God Bless Us All. I wish it will be a better Year for all of us to enjoy.

  16. Nice job on the house design, I would definitely consider this layout, and yard maintenance looks like it would be pretty easy, but hopefully you could save as many of the trees as possible for shade

  17. Tim, the guy in the picture of you and Chrisy is much Thinner than you.. hehehe Agree with the shape of a house… If and I don’t know your finances but I personally would buy other lot before building, you will appreciate doing it later … make a small farm area so you guys don’t have to buy many veggies out in the town ….

  18. I had the same issue leaving my ignition on and the battery going dead on my motorcycle. I just had to get into the habit of shutting it off with the ignition switch and not use the run/stop switch on the handlebars.

  19. This camera is really awesome ! Wishing you and your family a better New Year and looking forward to watching the adventures unfold through your experiences in Leyte life .

  20. If you can Tim. Buy both lots …. at a time in the future you will be glad you did. Neat concept for your home. That will be very nice. Just a future note/thought — on your second lot (if you purchase) you could always use it for gardening. (Chickens also – NO rooster. Ha). Need to see the ocean? Build a little tower there that you can see the beach from. Also, would make a neat private hang-out place for yourself. If nothing else a good investment for the future. ($$). Congrats & hope your purchase will happen. It will give you a lot of happy projects to keep you busy. Ha. Congratulations on going over 100K subscriptions as well. The future is yours. Enjoy young shipmate!

  21. Nice house design…………you will likely get some ideas from us subs………………I helped design and build a pool in a Cebu Resort back in 2013 and I have been in the pool & spa business for over 40 yrs. here in USA…….now I am in real estate………..I have some ideas for your pool/patio area if your interested………..let me know…..

  22. Id separate the kitchen from the living room Tim. I know in the US thats a typical design but in the Philippines you don’t want to have to smell dead dried fish cooking, garlic and onions burning your eyes and stinking up the furniture. Meanwhile you’re trying to watch the football game on the couch. More than likely their will be a half dozen filipinas in the kitchen yaking away while you’re trying to listen to fox news. There is a good reason why most houses there have “dirty kitchens” and I suggest you do too.

  23. Nice concept. Though if you could afford it I would seriously concider buying both lots. If you had to you could develope the second lot for rental income or as a future sale income.

  24. Hey I just learned that you actually have 3 types of King Cobras living in the Philippines. I was shocked to find that out. You definitely better watch were you step Timmy!!

  25. Tim I told you that my family owns one of the biggest Auto Wreckers I could send you a starter new or use just send me a message were you want me to send it to

  26. Nice layout. We are building south of you across the Wa Wa bridge. Don’t believe the square meter price. We were told 6 million and it will be over double that as the price they give us a very basic home like you in-laws. Good luck 🀞

  27. Hi Tim and Chrissy. Snakes are friendly there. Wow sarcasm from Chrissy excellent. She sounds sick Tim, take care of her. Happy new year and Cheers from New Zealand
