  1. Great video as always. Love watching your channel. It helped make me decide to travel to Asia, and now my thai girlfriend and I have also started a Youtube channel. You can meet my girlfriend at https://youtu.be/USKqGGA-eYkand it would give us great encouragement if you could like and subscribe!

  2. Perfect! One thing that is for sure, you are consistently good at showing a variety of videos! Have you tried to make calzones? If you try, make sure you put a few slices on the top of the crust before baking and don’t add sauce inside, it’s only for dipping. Word to the wise.

  3. I use a bread machine and the recipe book that came with it. Takes one minute to dump ingredients in, press start, come back one hour later and make the pizza. Easy and Perfect every time.

  4. Thanks Chuck,
Just what the doctor ordered on a cold night in lockdown in Phillip Island. Pizza and beer. One of the better cooking shows I’ve watched.

  5. This was a very great.. informative video ! I really enjoyed finally reaching a clue about pizza dough! Thanks y’all 👍🙋🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🕊️

  6. Chuck, try semolina on the pizza paddle instead of any kind of flour. Also, that paddle may have to be seasoned or seal the wood grain so the dough doesn’t stick.

  7. with regular flower tossed from midair on the kiel it should work. otherwise toss(not sprinkle) flower on the table make the pizzabottom on it (keep tossin in between) untill the end then toss corn meal press the bottom on it ( a little ofcourse but enough to stick) then use the kiel and dress up the pizza with anything you want on it. Then it should slide on the stone.. thats my way, and i have a metal kiel so i think that should be stickier then the wooden one you use.

  8. Your pizza looks so delicious!
I like making pizza dough myself it is like therapy. Here in the US we need therapy now. Haha.
I like to add oregano and garlic powder to my dough. Great video Chuck! I always enjoy

  9. Nice mate,, It looked delicious ! Aloy muk muk. 👍 I think that thing is called a Peal,, not Keal.. But “who really cares”! NTTBS hey!

  10. I love making bread. You’re a great teacher Chuck. It’s “the pedaling gourmet show!” This video is so funny. Anyone who remembers watching Graham Kerr, the Galloping Gourmet will really enjoy 😉 this one!

  11. Niiiiccccee chuck, I’ve got an easier recipe I got from Emma’s goodies here on YouTube, amazing, for one 10 to 12 inch base, 140 grmsself raising flour, 140grms plain yoghurt mix together roll out job done well worth a try if your pushed for time. 🍕🍕😋

  12. It’s a peel, not a keel.
A peel is a shovel-like tool used by bakers to slide loaves of bread, pizzas, pastries, and other baked goods into and out of an oven. It is usually made of wood, with a flat carrying surface (like a shovel’s blade) for holding the baked good and a handle extending from one side of that surface.

Seasoning the wood is a good idea. It’ll work better in time.

Just another thought that you might already have but if you don’t you’re going to thank me. Since you and page like beer, put a few empty mugs in the freezer and leave them there. When you take them out to have a beer they frost up perfectly. You only need to rinse them out with water and put them right back into the freezer until the next call to duty. Just an idea that works well for me.

I always look forward to spending time with your family each day. Thanks for the videos.

  13. Greetings from Cranbourne 🇦🇺 You must have a couple of Kangaroos loose in your top Paddock buddy 🤪⁉️No-one I know puts Vegemite on Pizza ,, 🙀🙀🤣😂🤣👍👌

  14. Paige quickly modified the beer to water ratio in the fridge after chuck ramsay mentions pizza and beer. Enjoyable vid Chuck make cooking look fun

  15. You should oen your bakery shop in Nakhonpanom i think it will work . in Chiangmai there is a French guy has his bakery shop it is very famous for Thais.

  16. Looks great ,If you use the corn meal it is messy but adds a great texture and taste but you have to use a lot . Basically a layer so your pizza is sliding on marbles, Crap now I need a to eat pizza 555, Choke Dee !

  17. HEY CHUCK AND PAIGE, EXCELLENT VIDEO CHUCK, LOVE PIZZA. ONCE I GET A HOUSE WITH A PROPER KITCHEN I WANT TO GET AN OVEN AND START MAKING BAKED GOODS. I LOVE THE SMELL OF DOUGH WHEN IT IS RISING AND BAKING. I HAVE A RECIPE BOOK FROM A LADY IN CALIFORNIA THAT WOULD BAKE BREAD ONCE A WEEK AND JUST GIVE IT AWAY. SHE WOULD ALWAYS CALL MY MOM AND TELL HER TO COME AND GET A LOAF. SHE WOULD ASK IF MY WIFE SUE AND I WERE AROUND AND IF SO SHE WOULD INCLUDE ANOTHER ONE FOR US. SHE MADE THE BEST BREAD I HAVE EVER EATEN. IN HER BOOK SHE HAS A PIZZA AND BREAD STICK RECIPE AND WHEN I GET ALL OF MY STUFF HERE I WILL SHARE IT WITH YOU.

HOPEFULLY WHEN I MOVE INTO THE HOUSE I CAN BUILD AN OUTDOOR BRICK OVEN FOR COOKING BREAD AND PIZZAS. NOW I WILL EAT MY HAM SANDWICH AND PRETEND IT’S A PIZZA. LOL

  18. Hey Chuck, why don’t you use instant yeast? They have it at makro. Did not see yeast there that needs activation..even the small bottles of yeast from Tesco I think may be instant. Just add to your dry ingredients. Just wondering.😊

  19. Got all inspired by your baking videos and made some bread here in Michigan during our lockdown. Finding yeast around here has been a challenge! Bread was good though and learned a new skill!

  20. Thanks for the video, I tried out the crossont recipe✌️ yesterday I was thinking about making calzones/pizza pockets from scratch this video should give me some ideas😎 good morning Paige and mom🙂

  21. Good to see your using some good Ozzy ingredients there Chuck, not all of us like Vegemite, i prefer promite. Put the vegemite in a stew or soup. Cheers from Down Under.
