  16. Yeah this is much nicer than the last house. If I had to choose between the two I’d take the apt. but… in general I’d take a less nicer house over a better apt because of the advantage of a house having more privacy and freedom. Everyone’s different tho.

  18. No roosters while the roosters were going nuts. I’m not so sure about the quiet area part Lol. That said, it’s a decent looking place.

  19. Yeah, you can hear the roosters like they are next door . There is no place without roosters in the Philippines and I hate roosters !

  23. That’s a nice place, specially for the price. But those daiken a/c are piece of junk. No offense. Better to pay more for a samsung or panasonic. Or carrier.

  26. It’s very nice, and very well maintained.. The price is a little steep for my budget.. Someone is going to be very comfortable..

  28. That is a nice place Ned.. Although you can get a 3bdrm 2ba house with fenced yard, and equal interior in Minglanilla, suburb of Cebu City for 15k – 20k.. I am surprised at real estate costs there in Dumaguete.. Thanks for the video.. Hope you had a good Memorial day, Sir..

  36. Nice but still an apartment. I will keep my 8,000p , 3 bed, 2 bath townhouse for now. Would like to find a single family with a yard (like yours😆).
