“David the Duke” burger : Beef, bacon, American cheddar, lettuce, grilled onion, tomato, garlic-chili mayo . Checked out at https://hungrywolfschiangrai.com/en/. David is first name of an american who opened restaurant in Chiang Mai. Of course, “the duke” is referring to John Wayne, famous american actor.

Thanks for the Review Joe…Im sorry i didn’t get to meet you in person….Ask for Ash next time it would be a pleasure to meet you! (BTW i noticed one of the comments suggesting MSG…no MSG at Hungry Wolfs!! Cheers Ash
food’s looking good. I managed to put my drone up at both places y’all visited, Singha and the other. Though it was a few years ago, before drones were demonized. https://photos.app.goo.gl/Gx129SaRig7tAm9q6
I was in Chiang Rai in 2017 but i didn’t visit that restaurant. Hm. I like meat and ribs a lot but in Thailand i can’t it that. Maybe one time in four weeks because i am a Thai food nerd. 980,- b for all that is unbelievable. In Bangkok it’ll be 1.800,-. You made me hungry again. π
We travelled around Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai in December. Seeing your tourist free pictures reminds me of how we struggled everywhere to get a clear photo away from the tourist hordes at all of these places. How times change quickly.
HEY JOE AND GIFT, WHAT A NICE RESTAURANT THAT WAS. NOW I’M GONNA HAVE TO GO TO CHANG RAI AND GO THERE. I’M ENJOYING THIS TRIP YOU ARE ON, LOOKING FORWARD TO THE REST OF IT.
Far side of the planet from the home of American style BBQ…and it looked awesome! Would have loved to have seen medium rare Ribeye or T-bone. There’s no national meat grading in Thailand- like choice or prime, is there?
Beautiful locations in the North of Thailand, Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai, many of which we would never see if it weren’t for your wonderful vlogs, many thanks for the great tour.
That food definitely, gives you a heavy heavy feeling afterwards, its all the Carbs and protein. π, But why not, Joe, if it makes you have a taste of the USA then that makes me happy for youππ
The park was beautiful. Very well taken care of. They must have many dedicated gardeners.
And the food!!! Hungry Wolfs is definitely a “go to” for a taste of home lol

As Mikey Chen would say Gift is suffering from food coma, When you have good food and eat so much you need to sleep it off π.
