  1. Another excellent video as always:)))Whats the name of this restaurant?
Joe why compare prices with usa or europe as this is asia so perhaps best to compare apples with apples and oranges with oranges:)))

  2. I love the way she gets back at the ” Old Man ”
You can buy her some ear plugs ( like those foam orange ones you insert into ears before you but on headset)… HK, Japan, Singapore, Australia all on the Left side drivers.

  3. Hi foreigner joe England drive on the right side of road all the other countries should do the same then it would not be so many accidents ha ha ha just joking it is so good to see your video keep yourself you 2 have a great day

  4. I never could understand why they charge so much for their gym’s in thailand . I paid around $625.00 for a three year contract and after the 3 years it drops down to $300.00 here in vegas . It’s a big 2 two story building with maybe over 500 pieces of equipment,2 lap pools, and a running track inside the building.

  5. Hi Joe, l like πŸ‘ the second gym because it’s is like πŸ‘ the some gym in Australia πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί for $90 Australian a month, love ❀️ the equipment

  6. Gift is a really lovely woman and so funny . It so nice for you to have met her . She is a wonderful woman and has a nice personality . Joe you have to appreciate a little comedy hey

  7. Great workout, inspirational. I don’t like heavy free-standing weights, as you need a spotter in case things get too heavy! I assume you get more “power to the punch” with free standing weights. I still haven’t checked my gym to see if it’s open, though.

  8. sorry joy mi frend but it is not pigskin it is greasy just under the skin they fry laugh it is almost only OTOP who makes it really pigskin

  9. Please be careful when doing the behind the neck overhead presses! One can easily mess up even healthy rotator cuffs that way. But hey if it doesn`t cause pain and the mobility of your shoulder joint allows you to do it then maybe it is ok. That was Kevin Levrone`s special! There are videos of him doing reps with 4plates/side(+400lbs?)! Now that is crazy!!! Cheers from Finland.

  10. Thanks for VDO. 7000 baht per year is more in the range I expected, relative to the quality of the gym. In Udon I had to pay 12.000 baht per year for a low quality gym. In BKK I had to pay around 23.000 Baht for a yearly membership for a high quality gym (Fitness First). In general I find the gyms in Thailand significantly more expensive than in Europe. However your 1000 Baht yearly membership deal, for a decent gym, is an incredible bargain!

  11. Hello Joe great video, my goodness my muscles πŸ’ͺ🏼 hurt watching you great Job, Joe and Gift have a great day 🌴✌🏼🌴

  12. Gift is funny! 😊 Joe, your exercise techniques are on point.πŸ‘πŸ½. Maybe you should consider doing a series of exercise videos for those of us who are interested – just a thought. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ½

  13. Great stuff Joe good to see you enjoying your training again after all the surgery you went thru…
Looks like a good route to take a bicycle down to the new gym if its along the coast, get some cardio on the way perhaps rather using static pedal machines inside.

Hehe pretty easy for us Brits to get used to driving/riding in Thailand tho i consider that a bonus! πŸ˜‚ still gotta watch out for the drunks over there hey, whichever side you learnt on!

My father lives over in France so got used to driving/riding either side really and on motorbikes you dont notice it as much anyway… I got a left handed classic vw in the garage too πŸ˜‚πŸ˜
Anything goes! – All good πŸ‘
    Thanks a lot for sharing

  14. Thanks for another awesome Vlog Joe and Gift. Those trees in front of the first restaurant looks like pine trees, gives the place a cool country side feel. I’ve always been curious about those air-condition gyms, wouldn’t someone working out or running on the treadmill can easily catch a cold or can be unhealthy? Thanks for teaching me the different workout methods. As always looking forward to your next Vlog, peace, love and cheers πŸ™πŸΌβ€οΈ

  15. Lotta work gone in that vid, appreciated too. Osmo Pocket, is that version 1 or the new version 2? Apparently version 2 is better in low light with the new f1.7 vs 2.0 and wider field of view. Tempting…
