  1. Early time release – Thanks Chad – you are the Algorithm Sir – luv your work – you are correct YOLO – ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ‘

  2. Do yourself a favor and visit the Kanchanaburi area, if you havenโ€™t been before, Iโ€™am here now and the countryside and river is amazing, just been to the Erawan National Park with beautiful waterfalls and lots of history with the River Kwai too!

  3. Great video man! Appreciate the candor and the lifestyle you have built! Working on my escape for years as well, Seeing you do it helps keep me on the grind! Thanks bro, respect!

  4. Y O L O M O F O ! ! !
IM 53 and a new subscriber. Thanks for your authentic joyful content.
This one made me want to say this. Thank you!!!
    Yolo mofo !
    Such a beautiful message bud!!!

  5. Good for you sir. My priority is my wife and two daughters. I traveled extensively in my twenties. Waiting until my thirties to start a family was the best decision I could have made. Too many people marry too young which is why divorce rates are so high.

  6. You are 100% right to live your dream Chad. I’m 57 years old and live with my mums disappointment because like you I chose to pack up move from London to Thailand. Some people just don’t get YOLO do they !

  7. Some people donโ€™t change caus they feel comfortable an get into a routine doing the same shit , now getting out of that is the problem. Scared to make a fool of them selfโ€™s I guess .

  8. I started my business making and selling bags, backpacks, and other gear. This video really have me some much needed motivation. It’s going slow for me, but this is the only thing I want to do. I’m going to keep going for as long as I can.

  9. The majority living their normal lives are actually abnormal, slavery to a job, a monthly salary to pay bills and more bills, instead of living real live doing what one wants to do happily. This is because Global Monetary system in place, as a form of control and compliance matrix.

  10. I hear you Chad. I lived in Thailand for 4 and a half years and it was some of the best times of my life.
Unfortunatly I couldn’t sustain it long term and had to come back and work.
Those memories though will live with me for ever ๐Ÿ™‚

  11. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my life but now I’m 44 and I’ve had a stroke and have to use a cane to get around. But I just sit here and live through you Chad I’ve wasted my life don’t waste yours!

  12. I moved to Thailand in 2005 I sold most everything in the US I had a backpack full of clothes, a small duffle bag, a laptop and a pocket full of money. I was unable to stay in Thailand long because the money ran out quickly, so I started contracting overseas. I have been able to purchase condos and properties to rent out, this is how I can retire in Thailand. Moving to Thailand was the best choice I have made, I was certainly going no where living in the US. I felt like I was missing out on life. The last 15years have been a great adventure for me. Hope to be back in Thailand soon. PEACE.

  13. It’s how you live your life, yes? Thailand is beautiful and living these adventures vicariously through you is awesome, but I chose to bring my Thai wife home rather than live there. The (dis)advantages vary by person. ๐Ÿ™โœŒ๏ธ

  14. Hey Chad, why do you live in Thailand? Been meaning to ask you. Real shit man, I’m honestly happy as hell for you! Fuck living to make other folks happy ๐Ÿค˜

  15. After “The situation” a lot of wannabe rich “I have a house on the golf course” people are going to be like damn, wish I was in Thailand instead of being Bankrupt!

  17. Just one thing, av seen this in several of your videos, vlogging on the road waiting for the greenlight at a traffic light, that’s very dangerous it wouldn’t kill you to wait for a few minutes, being rear-ended by a trailer while on a scooter isn’t fun

  18. Well … I am an old dude. I have had 3 lives. First the normal married life with salary job and nice house for 14 years. Then divorced and free lance work all over the globe for the next 14 years making a lot of money. Then retired in Thailand with a Thai wife (24 years) and Thai business. I have no regrets about any of those 3 lives.

  19. @CB Media I’m working towards the same goal. I’m working on my 3rd attempt as well… very soon it will happen. This is what I want. People will tell you you can’t do it because they can’t do it. Live your own life! YOLO Bro!

  20. Retiring in Thailand is certainly my end goal and it is looking achievable, just don’t fill the place up with Americans before I get there OK. Actually the Americans I have met that are living full time in Thailand ( Hi mister Ron ) are some of the nicest guys I have ever met and know how to live the good life. As for the Dutch, nobody likes the Dutch.

  21. Your Vlog is so empowering to me. I’ve been working 25 years in a company and then, before explode, I gave up and followed my dreams. I’ve started working professionally as photographer, stumbling into marketing and advertising, travelling around Thailand, Philippines and some other countries in Asia. I actually followed you because of cars’ stuffs etc, but now it has become a sort of “bible” on what or who I wanna become. Hope isn’t too late. Who wouldn’t have your life anyway? No matter the struggles of the moment (f*ckin pandemic), I’ll be back on track soon! Keep it up with the GREAT job you’re doing!!! And… of course… Cheers mate!

  22. Chad. 2:34 ” ………why more foreigners don’t come to Thailand…..” I live on an island near Venezuela. Yes, we like the epic views too. One of our dollar, the TT$ is 14 US cents ! Then Thailand is halfway across the world. Of course you could imagine working a lifetime for some of us to take a vacation in suchlike place ! Respect ! Trinidad & Tobago.

  23. Hell ya man Iโ€™ll have to wait another 13yrs until my boy is 18 then itโ€™s my turn to live my best life, love waking up before working my shit job seeing a notification for a new CB video ๐Ÿค˜

  24. I hope all of you subscribers out there diligently listen to what CB just said. I have lived in eight different countries, and worked in or visited probably another 30, I would like to say that it was some sort of a plan. But unlike CBI didn’t plan it, I was just lucky. My occupation (heli pilot) drug me around the world. I guess sometimes you just win some. I hope all of you out there win some too.

  25. Agree chad but itโ€™s not a question always that has black and white answers not everyone has the skill set to be an entrepreneur but they may desire an unconventional lifestyle. Like you said most important live the life you most desire if you can yolo

  26. You’re spot on. However, many of us young men with stars in our eyes got caught up by some wap when we were younger and messed it up. I hate my situation, but I’m totally dedicated to raising my kids. Stay wrapped up my friend

  27. Thatโ€™s why your channel is so popular, people hate their lives and live vicariously through you. We all have the dream of quitting our jobs and moving there

  28. Yep, couldn’t agree more! I closed my little construction company in 2018 and moved to Thailand a million (baht)-aire!! LOL. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else now. Here all my things are new. I’ve got a great little apartment with fresh paint, lights and air-con for about $120.00 USD per month. I’ve got a great paying teaching job at a private school, where I work about half the year… it’s utterly awesome.

  29. I’m retired so finished with the work shit but i have a good superannuation pension for the rest of my life . Because i worked and saved money for my pension i can now live a good life . What happens when you retire Chad , you can’t work when your old and invalid and Thailand won’t give you a pension so what you gunna do , go back to the states and hope they look after you , good luck with that . Your living the good life now but what of your future . That was a bit deep i know , just saying ๐Ÿ™‚

  30. I am 100% with you about life. There are a few ways too, to know if you are doing things ‘your way’. 1) most people will tell you that you are crazy and wrong. 2) you are losing people who you thought were friends’ they won’t be able to relate to you any more. 3) when you look in the mirror you see a smile.
I have had lots of opportunities to switch tracks since I guess about 1971, and I took all the most interesting ones. People who are too scared to take risks will be the worst telling you off.
As things turned out the changes paid off in every possible way, and now I am in Thailand enjoying your videos and feeling slightly smug that I too did and do my own thing. I did crash and burn a couple of times on the way but you recover.
My songs are ‘I’ve Always Been Crazy’ and ‘I was born under a wandering star’.
I don’t agree that life is short though, it only seems that way to people who do the same thing every day and sleep through life.

  31. Wanting freedom makes perfect sense man i was working 55 hours a weeks earning good money but i was just full of stress getting up at 4 am 6 days a week just felt like i was at work all the time .So on Monday i just rang the boss and quit . That day driving home felt so good like i was going on a oversea holiday

  32. You’re a smart man, Chad! Having multiple streams of income and being debt free is the key to living the lifestyle you’re living. Another thing, you live by your *_rules_* and don’t you give a f*ck about what negative people have to say. Live life the way you want to, bro – more power to you! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

  33. I see you have been to Khao Sok a few times. I would be very happy to see you go to the fantastic lake with fjords and mountains up there, it really is an incredible place. Not down by the National park center. I have also heard that the jungle integrated in the fjord system is one of the oldest jungle areas in Asia.

  34. I spent my 20s travelling to the States a lot, and my 30s and 40s to Thailand. Realised from an early age I didn’t need the wife/kids/mortgage/career/material possessions, and have never regretted any of it. Many (not all) of my friends are miserable, most envy my lifestyle, but are scared to quit the rat race.

  35. Fantastic
Each to there own with the way we go in life
I like to watch , it would never have been my choice what you are doing
I chose the other path . Job and family
Just keep chucking out them hot girl videos
I mean hot car videos and we will all be happy ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

  36. I thought this video is about why you live in Thailand. Just show 5 minutes of Thai girls and that perfectly answers that question. Everything else is just a smokescreen or a reason which you need in case you have to explain to your parents why you live here.

  38. I was in the US Military as an intelligence officer and I traveled around the world to most countries except Vietnam, Russia, China, Laos and Cambodia. I loved Thailand but I also loved South America and especially Costa Rica . Costa Rica has everything Thailand has and is actually less expensive and you can chew Coca leaves while drinking beer, LOL. I have lived an abnormal life and I now live in Israel, Israel is more expensive but it has real history that is documented in the number one best selling book on the planet. Chad you are doing wonderful and living outside the box. Sunset beers, motor cycles (NOT REALLY BUT THEY HAVE TWO WHEELS) and hot Thailandi women. Love the Vlogs and wait for new ones. Keep up the great work and have a shit load of fun!

  39. Yes i told my thai wife that i want my freedom and she can take everything. And I will take the
First airplane too move to another country and live my life like you. And then she hit me a lot and say that I will never gonna see my children again if I go. Thanks dude for the great inspiration but it didn’t work ๐Ÿ‘

  40. Oh yes I understand

Man your doing what many of us are trying work towards

Have a friend whoโ€™s done the Thailand thing like you

Iโ€™ll keep trying to get there

Keep up all the videos Iโ€™m living vicariously threw them at present

    ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ

  41. There is no sense of normality here in Thailand. Everyday is unpredictable and there’s something to see always. Never a dull moment. Fuck I love it here

  42. Well first time I heard of YOLO, that’s for me, I live on my boat on the coast of B.C. and do whatever the hell I want.
Thought about Vlogging my adventures but TMT (too much trouble) but yours are inspiring just the same.

  43. Travelled through my work when i was younger . Still haven’t lost the bug to disappear and enjoy myself. Your videos have been a catalyst to reignite that passion ๐Ÿ™‚

  44. My man…..thank you. I needed to hear this today and your timing was absolutely perfect. Rest assured that you positively impacted a very grateful manโ€™s life with this video. ๐Ÿ‘

  45. Hey Chad! this is my first ever social-media comment; u THE man; u communicate and u r helping people with that communication; u prove that schooling does not make a citizen

  46. Itโ€™s given me inspiration that youโ€™ve said itโ€™s taken five years. Iโ€™ve been working on a business in Australia that would give me the freedom to spend as much time as I liked overseas for the past year But the โ€œsituationโ€ and other domestic matters have slowed my progress. But seeing your joy has given me new hope. To 2021, cheers with a Singha, beer Lao, Chang or a Tiger. Whatever floats your boat.

  47. Main reason you live Thailand… Ladyboys….Beer..and Under powered motorcycles.. Amazing Country..and.. Absolutely no Western Logic…๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„

  48. Chad you crack me up “going about 2hrs away holds up 3 fingers… trying to go here twice before holds up 3 fingers…” Loving the Life choices…

  49. You are truly a insporation to alot of People! I love what u doing and hopfully i maybe will succed in life and acomplish my Dreams of moving to thailand one day! (Sorry for my extremly bad english ๐Ÿคฃ)

  50. We don’t necessarily all choose, we are born with different talents, you have yours. The most important is to use that talent, and to serve others; lets hope you achieve the later. Well done so far; while what you do looks great, I’m sure that most don’t realize what it takes.

  51. You met a real racer That is the legend. The children you meet, they are not afraid to die. And not afraid of the police Lifting the front wheel without a helmet I think you wouldn’t want to race with them ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†

  52. drug addiction has stole all my dreams :'( still 32 is young. but still a struggle. Hope to goto Thailand some day to visit. and maybe live. Hard to leave my family and miss out on them. that’s a big struggle for me.

  53. Highlights for me…Showing 3 fingers and saying two…and pronouncing Khao Sok as Cow Sack. Keep up the good work , brutha!
Been in country since 2008. ๐Ÿ™‚

  54. You know… as a Thai, I’m very happy to watch this video and know the reason why you choose our country ๐Ÿ™‚
It’s not the best country but I’m happy here and very glad that you are happy too.
What a great life you are having!
I hope you enjoy it more and I’m sorry if you somehow have to go through or meet bad things here in our country.

  55. Well I couldn’t afford to live in Thailand so I made a move to Tennessee for the mountain views rivers creeks & lakes with buying private property here

  56. Inspiration are what you are! I’m planing to move to Thailand in a few years. Buying a house there soon with my (thai)wife. The plan to make that dream is to start an export company for cars/parts and other thai stuff to Scandinavia. Hope to meet you some day after covid.

  57. Yup! And it took me a while to figure it out. I’m still in debt for a degree in electronics I’ve never used, but the path led me here. Figured out how to make money online, donated everything I owned, then moved to Thailand. I’m literally thankful every day I figured out what I wanted. But more importantly…what I “didn’t” want. Cheers Chad!

  58. Hey Chad, we have a four bedroom house and live in Thailand (plus we have a swimming pool) so I guess we are living the double dream! Stop by and see us next time you are in Phetchabun.

  59. Just 100% real experience right there ! … Chad enjoy the life we would all like to live. เน€เธ„เธฒเธฃเธž
Love the videos, as I slowly go back thru them all. Soooo good thank you.

  60. Living YOLO? Nice! That moment when a 12 year old Thai hoodlum wearing a Jack Daniels T shirt thinks he just met a big internet star, fucking awesome:)

  61. For most folk, i) exploit the cheap options in the West, ii) exploit the investment opportunities in the West and iii) exploit the higher wages in the West. A lot of people can find a way to make ยฃ2,000 a month in the UK, and live on ยฃ600. ยฃ16,800 a year invested, in bog-standard investments, paying quarterly dividends that reinvest. In 8-10 years you’ve ยฃ200,000 in your Individual Savings Account, you get ยฃ8,400 in dividends, that’s ยฃ700 or 28,000 baht a month, and you’re free. That’ll work nearly every time, and you genuinely don’t have to work at all if you don’t want to. Sure dividends can get get. Look right now. But rarely, and not by much, and the circumstances that produce this usually lower your costs (like rent and food) as well.

  62. If you want freedom, go live in the jungle๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ™ Thailand is not freedom where you can do what you want, whenever you want. Entertainment is tolerated in thai society because of Tourism and Money.
Most of Thai population are hard working Farmers/Fishermen with irregular income to feed their families. Most Prisons in Thailand are full because of DRUG dealers riding on those fancy race bike’s dealing methamphetamine.
Thailand is not Paradise and will never give you freedom to live and do what you want especially as a foreigner.
Because a foreigner has almost no rights to own anything in Thailand unless you have the money to buy your rights.
Moving from a 1stWorld Country to a 3rdWorld Country is a bad choice especially when you don’t have much money.

  63. Couldn’t agree more, been in Thailand 12 years, no 2 days are the same, couldn’t handle living in the concrete jungle that London was / is. Bit the bullet and never looked back with any regrets – great video Bro ๐Ÿ‘ as are all your others.

  64. Great stuff, Chad. I really enjoyed your personal homily. I take huge encouragement from you even though I’m older and I have led that corporate life. However, I’ve been planning to make that move to Thailand for some time and it is now only weeks away. But your example has fuelled my inspiration as to what I want to do once I get there. Thanks, Man.

  65. “If you wont to work a corporate job”. Love the accent. As a dirt ball ex New Yaka, I’m guilty too. Parter with a Thai, shoot stills and video sans Chad and sell it to the Thai Tourism. Day gowna need it.

  66. Hey Chad, though I wish your videos were a little longer, I never miss an episode. I don’t doubt that I’m near your father’s age and I gave the same advice to my daughter, do what makes you happy! We grew up in the era where it was pounded into you to get one job that lasts a lifetime, get a wife and have 2.5 kids…etc. that’s just the way it was, there really wasn’t much other choice back then.

  67. I can totally understand how you feel. I have been living in thailand for 6 years, reason being i do not want a corporate life. I want freedom and the country that i come from offers no freedom, just incase u were wondering and that is Singapore. I came here and purchase a house in bkk and a couple of condos and i have tried many business here too. There is so much difference about singapore and thailand but end of the day im still here because i know this shithole traffic jam ppl riding and driving trying to kill each other country has so much more to offer. I would say keep doing what u are doing. Build a passive income, that way u can continue to do what u wanna do and still fly around and meet ur parents or family when u miss them. Not easy i know but it can be done because im doing it and i have not yet given up! Am 37 btw.

  68. I want to do similar to what you are doing. I lived in Japan for a year in 2019. I am now 60yold but fit and healthy. I am worried my life is going to swirl into an ever decreasing circle until the drain is empty. I have done the whole “get married, have kids, work hard” for 30 years. And like you said YOLO. My concern is not having qualifications and collateral to sustain me. I have a few hundred thousand dollars but that will soon run dry. Maybe I can stretch it until I am entitled to a pension hahaha. Anyway love your video, enjoy your life.

  69. New subscriber from England here i love your videos straight talking no BS keep up the great work you have an inner child like me and it comes across brilliantly.

  70. I envy your guts… I always admired people who have that much determination to achieve, what they want. Thanks for this video, you somewhat lighten up again my desire for my dreams, and I can see the small light on the way, that it could be actually possible. Thanks again for your videos, you maybe dont even realize how much your work helped me, to clear my mind when ever I see your new upload.

  71. AMEN!!! Iโ€™ve always wanted to be a Porn Stud. And cause of u Iโ€™m selling everything tomorrow and moving to porn hub.
Oh wait, we still have COVID and tomorrow is thanksgiving. Darn guess I better keep working my BS job for now. Anyhow love this show and thanks for all the racing content. Great work stay safe.

  72. I could have said the exact same words like you did but in French instead, because I’m French ๐Ÿ™‚
Let’s say people like us maybe only stand for 1% of worldwide population and I gotta say I just don’t understand why it’s not the other way around.

  73. I enjoy watching your videos. They seem so relaxed and effortless. Im sure my wife thinks Iโ€™m crazy from laughing out loud while watching some. We are from Atlanta and have been living in Bangkok for a couple years.

  74. Thailand does not want low income tourists anymore. If you come to Thailand in the future (if they let you) make sure to bring a big bank account with you. Cheap Charlies need not apply anymore.

  75. Best thing about youtube ,is subscribing to positive and inspiring influencers like yourself. I mean ,you get to cherry pick people that are going to better your life. Keep up the words of wisdom my friend.

  76. I love Thailand. ๐Ÿ˜—๐Ÿ˜—๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜—๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜

  77. i think you will have rambled too much for some but for me it was perfect,
i think that for Americans you are brought up differently from the Scots and Irish, trying and failing is never a barrier to trying again which hasnt really been the case that i have seen here where failing follows you around like a bad smell for the rest of your live.
i love watching the videos and supporting your life for sure – do i think i would love it, fck yes, would it be for me long term i am yet to be convinced that i would be able to get off my fat arse and make it.
keep the vids coming bro! one day i hope i dont look back with regrets so i will continue to travel to Thailand for two / three week vacations and live those weeks like they are my last.

  78. Chad, I once heard a different take on YOLO. Someone said, “You live everyday and Die Once, so enjoy every day like it may be your last”.
You seem to exemplify that spirit. Great video and content. Keep them coming.

  79. man your there for the GIRlS also but freedom freedom freedom is amazing for sure keep going! can I warn you a permanent woman will stop ruin and destroy your freedom a woman hates more than anything a man enjoying himself and being free!!!

  80. Thanks for keeping me inspired Chad…Your Dad is smart guy and 100% correct. Mine is behind me as well. Going to meet him in Mexico ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ for his 79th Birthday. As I vlog for the first time on location. ๐Ÿ‘ฃ

  81. This video main topic overtook the scenery and everything else. Sometime we are deviate from better purpose in our life. You have base and discipline which help the process. God bless you

  82. I identify 100% with your view on life, Chad! In 2015 I quit my career as a Pharmacist to follow my dream of having the freedom to travel more: I’ve created my own travel themed Airbnb business, have traveled to almost 30 countries (Thailand 3x, being my favorite) and been so much happier since then! Cheers from Portugal ๐Ÿ™‚

  83. I doubt a car guy has sea legs but have you considered visiting the Similian islands? they are a couple hours west of your current position. The lack of tourists would make it an ideal time to go.

  84. This video speaks to me, ChadB. You have said this all before but it is a great reminder, live your one life now. You are an inspiration. Still, CB Media is the BEST channel on YouTube! Well done

  85. Spot on Chad! You gotta do what you can do. Sometimes it means taking a risk, gambling…but really, what have you got to lose? I’m in my mid 40’s and am trying to get in shape so I can travel more when the situation ends. I’ve already done some travel, but the bug has bitten. I want more travel and I want more tattoos! Who knows where life will lead you, so research it, plan it and then do it!

  86. I had the idea to move abroad since years. You didnt make me think about this as the first person but you definitelly made me regret beeing at my current company. I quit last month and I will work remotely. Im saving some money and getting closer to move.

Do you still offer the 1 on 1 talk about Thailand etc?

  87. What u said makes perfect an complete sense, people have lost the whole real and true concept of life, which is being happy an content everyday that you’re above ground. Life for me should not be preprogrammed from birth, meaning u go to school, get a good job, get married, buy a house, have kids, work your entire life just to pay for that house an save enough money for your kids to start the cycle again….. I truly respect your vision and I’m happy you’re living your life an dreams, the way how (YOU) Choose too do so…. Nuff love and respect from Jamaica,,,,, YOLO….. ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜Ž

  88. So, exactly what is that you are doing now? Exploring the country with rental scooter and making YouTube videos? No offense bro. I totally respect your life.

  89. As ussual another great vid! Although I disagree with your take on life.

You live everyday mate! You only Die once! ๐Ÿ‘

  90. No sure Thai use YOLO as Buddhist believe in rebirth but I hear you Chad. Whatever makes you happy, do it. Whatever makes you unhappy, stop doing it. Responsibly of course.

  91. It makes complete sense dude and you are not rambling. You are showing us different path of being happy. Schools, tradition, corporates failed us spiritually.

  92. “This did not come easy”. No doubt dude, although I bet those 5 years of hustle was worth the freedom – live like nobody will so that you can live like nobody can.

Keep the videos coming. You’re gonna motivate more than one of us to pack up and explore once ‘the situation’ is over

  93. OMG man, when you said the Freedom phrase, this is one of the best freedom mindset out there
The freedom to do whatever you want whenever you want…… ๐Ÿ˜Ž
    Cheers man ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿผ
& Keep up the good work

  94. Spot on Chad, wish I had your drive in my youth, not going to waste my retirement now that I have fulfilled my โ€˜obligationsโ€™ as a โ€˜normalโ€™ citizen ๐Ÿคฃ

  95. This video was great just for that landscape view alone, throw in your great words of wisdom and it was time thoroughly well spent. Keep doing what you’re doing and I’ll be watching here in cloudy UK! ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘

  96. Not everyone can live like you . you need people to work in factories n corporate jobs so that you can drink the beer your drinking n ride the bike your riding n fly on the planes . I thought everyone move to thailand for the hookers but I guess I was wrong ๐Ÿ˜‚ forgive me

  97. Amen!!!! So many people are scared to step away from their security. They make excuses for not doing so. I am putting my plan in motion to live the very life you described. I may be texting you for a beer very soon. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

  98. I moved to Asia 6yrs ago and I have a great job and lived in SG and PH so far moving to KL for a great new job. Not quite the freedom you have but its a great life with my wife and travel stoked for ya and keep living the dream.

  99. You can’t do what ever you want to do, without money. Doing things requires money. What you do to get money, that is perhaps under one’s control to some degree.

  100. Fair play, youโ€™ve done amazingly well to live a great life in Thailand, Iโ€™m doing all I can and one day hope to follow in your footsteps, respect ๐Ÿ™

  101. It makes perfect sense Chad, live your life the way you want to live it. You have to do what’s best for you.
Hopefully I’ll be living my dream in Thailand next year. Maybe even have a beer at sunset with you.
    Keep the videos coming!!!

  102. i live in Bangkok with my Thai wife and i have just come back from a road trip to Koh Chang on my ADV 150 Scooter and loved the freedom…I have decided to buy a cruiser bike after xmas and hit the road again…I want to be free again..My wife is not a bad person but i want to leave her but will feel guilty if i do..i’m just not brave enough to do it and i guess there are many in same position as me…Great video Chad and enjoy your life the way you want..Respect..

  103. Chad itโ€™s hilarious that you stopped at the traffic light to vent what you were thinking during your ride .Dude I just got off my conference call hearing the bosses bitch how we need more sales . I would give you 2 min on that call and you would close the laptop .

  104. Chad , very well said , I agree with you to the fullest , I have lived here since 2014 and iI like it , if you visit Pattaya come and visit, cheers my friend…

  105. You are doing the damn thing man. Keep up the great vlogs. I was thinking last night about something that made me laugh…when you were at a large outdoor party and one of the drunk drummers took a serious header. That was freaking funny

  106. Glad to hear your reasons. Took me a while also, but I’ve never been happier than I am now living in Thailand for the past 5 years. Live your life the way you want to.

  107. Love the message with this video Chad. Itโ€™s the wants vs. the needs when it comes down to it. If the married man and his family is what he wants and if he loves what he has, thatโ€™s great, the guy living a solo life without all the wants, without all the stresses related to having the wants, thatโ€™s great as well. I guess it comes down to what really truly makes one happy, is it the stuff, or the simple pleasures right in front of us. Itโ€™s truly difficult for many to enjoy life, bcuz itโ€™s the stuff, the house, cars, big screen televisions, fancy vacations, relationships, that makes everyone push out the grind to enjoy the small amount of free time on the weekends, and evenings, itโ€™s the stuff, the American dream weโ€™ve been sold on at an early age that has us wanting the wants instead of being satisfied with our basic needs and simple pleasures, and remember that taxes, healthcare costs, and death we cannot escape, in life in general, if your part of a society, so enjoy life for sure.
I also led a different lifestyle, worked two jobs for 25yrs, worked hard, played hard, lots of travel within America, and yes some ppl were jealous, but I worked my ass off to enjoy life in my off time. I nearly died from a heart attack at age 47, stayed working out on the road, away from my wife, home, finally the โ€œSituationโ€ said to me, enough is enough, if I donโ€™t have enough to enjoy the simple pleasures, wtf, so I retired this year @56, bcuz of the two jobs, the overtime, my lil monies that I invested, I can live simple in America, but the key is, one must have no loans, or high expenses, generally from the wants, other than utilities and food, bcuz it is so expensive in America to survive month to month, the Thai lifestyle is definitely Awesome, especially considering the finances, living on the cheap.
Itโ€™s the stuff that keeps us a slave to the gerbil wheel, or daily rut. I guess itโ€™s that we work hard so itโ€™s about rewarding ourselves with stuff that we just become a slave to without even realizing it. There is so many simple pleasures out there whether home or abroad, itโ€™s mind blowing, but today itโ€™s the technology and the look at me shit that keeps everyone on the run. Look at your race buddies over there, huge money, they work their asses off to do what they love, the old saying is if you do what you love you wonโ€™t work a day in your life.
Keep doing what you love Chad bcuz one day you might not be able to for one reason or another, make those memories

  108. Awesome video. I explain this to people all the time. Most don’t get it and my parents who hated their jobs and lives still don’t get it. I have a farm and enjoy everyday. Keep it up. Build the life you want to have.

  109. I think it is cool you have the balls to stand in front of you cam. and do the thing you do without a problem. I joined you not long ago and i am 69 year old man with the last 17 years as a Ford tech. And i love you showing car and motor bike stuff. So thanks for having a great time.

  110. I have saved up 500k$ then came mr chronic pain and destroyed my plans to go live in Thailand/Vietnam, i hope i can find a way to get rid of the pain and get on the road ๐Ÿ™‚

  111. Cheers to you Chad on the path you have taken. Due to the “situation” I decided to do the same thing. I quit my corporate job here in the US and now I work overseas and get to travel.

  112. To be fair, there are billions of people who do not and will never have the opportunity to follow their dreams. And, if everyone did, no one would be left to do the mundane work that makes all our lives possible. I am glad you get to do this because watching your vids make me happy so go you!

  113. Chad, completely agree and we briefly met once. What visa allows you to stay in Thailand (don’t worry I’m not from immergration ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚)

  114. It’s indeed all about priority, but also about possibility …

Just like not every go-kart racer will become a F1 driver …
    (I know I tried)

So I have a job now, but at least it’s a job I like to do.

Sometimes your priority might flip. No regrets thought…๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

  115. Your “ramble” makes total sense and is something I need to constantly remind myself of. I’m not spending my life in a way I want to. And have to make the necessary changes sooner rather than later. Cheers Chad! You’re an inspiration brother.

  116. He is right, in today’s world, freedom is numder one, but common sense freedom, not the wacky perverted concept of freedom that some Americans have.?. Keep enjoying the World around you, there is more beauty in this World, than dispear, if you fight for it.

  117. your content is exciting and pulls the viewer in which is proven by your 100% retention rate. Instead of working a 9-5 you pursue your passions 24/7 and that is both inspiring and admirable. I cant wait to see the rest of this motorbike tour and future ones. Keep showing us Thailand life and petting all the doggos.

  118. I wear three pair of under wear when I ride my 50 cc moped it tops out at 60 kmh or about 42 mph. I wish you had a full helmet and proper riding gear but no one there does..

  119. Great job. ๐Ÿ‘ you are living the life you want and entitled to you opinions. Glad you get to do what you want to do. Youโ€™re still young and full of energy so use it. You will settle down one day, mark my words ๐Ÿ˜œ

  120. Legit AF that you’re doing what you want to do. Its not easy escaping the rat race of life. More people should attempt to do differently and be happy. Wish I could have made the same choices earlier in life.

  121. 1000% makes sense to me mate, im not about the corparate 9 till 5, or the wife mortgadge joint bank account and dog. I have been to thailand 7 times in the past 4 years. and during lockdown ive put my efforts into starting up online, chasing the goal. ive saved up enough to stay there without earning for 12 months at least, because just like you say YOLO. Legend, binge watching older stuff now i know we are on a level lol

  122. Can you tell me how you are going to live in Thailand when you have reached retirement age??? Most people who I know do not have a pot to piss in ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  123. Love this topic!!! I can not understand either when people are only doing stuff the dont like, and wait for ‘later’. I want t live now. So I became a tourguide in Asia through a dutch company. I have to fly back every now and then, but it gives me opportunities to see friends in Holland. When I am for short times in Holland I live in my caraven. And in wintertime I live in Asia for 5 months and no work at all. So all together I live 3,5 months in Holland, and the rest of it in Asia. In Holland I do some freelance jobs whne ever I feel like it. So the whole construction is doing something I like, tourguiding, and a lot of freedom. Not house to pay, no car, no family….And no waiting till later. As many friends do.
Good luck to you. I enjoy all your video’s. But this one stood out, because I have the same average tuesdays ๐Ÿ™‚

  124. Chad, my lad…it totally makes sense. Spent a lifetime conforming and chasing the dollar and the prestige that it comes with it. Those days of material wealth are becoming a burden as my life has passed six decades. Now the only thing that I strive for is getting to enjoy the rest of my time on earth living life with minimal planning and less stress. So cheers to you, Chad…for finding a path in which your nose is not stuck to that proverbial grindstone. Hope to see you in Thailand some day soon. The beers will be on me.

  125. Chad, you are a very talented and lucky young man. You have a great life and I hope you have many more years of happiness in the life you are living. Enjoy!

  126. The best thing about your channel is that you don’t preach. You say why it makes you happy and you encourage others to do what makes them happy and fulfilled. Your channel is a rare commodity-honest. You are not pushing a doctrine for personal profit. Thank you.

  127. My personal belief is that the healthcare is so good in thailand, if you surveyed 1000 americans and thai, probably more thai could afford healthcare than americans. Thats the real freedom and rights that people need

  128. Chad, I see more dead eyed people living in American now than every before. Living, but already dead. Checked out. Numb. Going through the motions until the last breath comes. Love and respect, brother.

  129. I couldn’t agree more. Funnily enough I like the kids and corporate and left boring Britain to do it in North America. My kids are almost grown and now I need more. Very inspirational video Chad, as always. Thank you.

  130. All my life I have had people tell me I’m a “BIT OFF..!!!!!”
My reply was , and always will be ,

    Do what makes you happy…
Before you know it , it will be all over..
Live every day like it’s your last..!!!

  131. I think people get locked in to their choices because that’s what society expects them to do. Chad is 110% correct. I also believe people would rather be miserable and unhappy than be daring to change their situation since it is the unknown. People fear the unknown. “There are worse things than being alone but it often takes decades to realize this and most often when you do it’s too late and there’s nothing worse than too late.”โ€”Charles Bukowski. Anyways Chad- just wanted to say you are helping me immensely get thru this “situation”. With my job. I was traveling to Thailand twice (sometimes 3 times) a year and miss it dearly. I love your videos and they get me thru the day and give me a spark of hope for the future. How you appreciate Thailand (the views & the people) is awesome to watch. I love Thailand and being confined is rough. Once this shit is over, we need to grab a beer (or several). My treat. Keep up the awesome work. It is VERY appreciated.

  132. YES, we are all creative manifestors of our reality! You need a constant strong desire and you will be AMAZED at how it will show up in your life!
I believe this is the new reality for all humans here on earth.
Peace and prosperity to you brother!
    Love the channel!

  133. I think you are a very lucky man. To be able to live in Thailand. I wish i was living there. Over there most people are friendly and kind. Compare to America itโ€™s totally different. I move to America when I was 13 and coming to this country with no speaking English it was very depressing. I didnโ€™t had a choice. But one thing for sure you can live freely in Thailand. Enjoy your everyday life. And try not to drive too fast. I do worry about you. Please be careful and take good care of yourself. Look forward for your video every day.

  134. I’m happy staying drunk and high in Canada….I got land house payed off before I was 40 years old…so now just wait till my oldest kids move out, then I’ll…….well just stay drunk and high, but I’m might move way way up northern Canada to see northern lights, and live in darkness 6 months a year!!!! Shit in southern bc canada we hit like 40C like 115 degrees in summer, too damn hot but only couple weeks.

  135. Well said…you are Normal doing what you doing, We including me unfortunately not normal to follow the American dream shite and be slave of the system.Enjoy what you doing and hopefully i will jump on the free spirit wagon.I do enjoy watching your videos .Keep up the good work man.
