Good Video Vinh.. I think James (at 15 mins )is referring to the Thu Thiem Project ..the government see it as part of a ‘Silicon Valley’ taking in D9 and the tech park there and then across to Thu Thiem ward.
I think at first they need a medium speed train network also connecting the city’s like da lat, can tho and there counterparts in the north. And later an fast one beside the lines with about 5 stops.
