We lived in this house for FOUR years and really liked the house and the quiet neighborhood. We moved after four years because we wanted to get a house with some land around it. Which is what we have now.

  1. We just rented a 2 bdrm with a Sari X2 store, gated Yard just remolded within walking distance of the beach and a large mall for $160.00 a month. In Davao City.

  2. 15k PHP for that size house I’d say is a pretty good deal. Two of the street are a bit of a concern for me if you own a mid to large automobile. That said if I were looking for a house rental or negotiating a purchase I would take a look. 🤔

  3. Bud, a riddle – how can you tell when an expat has been living in the Philippines for a while? Answer: they go look at the dirty kitchen first! 😁

  4. Ok for single or couple without kids ,price is to high should be $200 per month no more than $250 ,I think for $300 per month you can get a house with proper garden with lawn and trees , I believe you was paying $200 per month when you moved in there so in four years the rent increased by $100 . I know cost of living in PI is increasing fast but many landlords are getting greedy ,it’s to high for many Philippine folk .priced for those from the western countries ,sorry but that’s how I see it

  5. Not impressed, for a partially furnished house, didn’t see air con in the rooms, that property would not work for me as I prefer a fully furnished house/condo/apt, being retired the last thing I want is to be tied down with furnishings. I’ve found better deals online around Duma and Valencia. Just my two bits.
