  1. Hello Mr Brown , so it’s around 26,652,00 Peso plus electricity/water and hopefully it has internet ,will need a bike or car .I must say it’s a very nice place thank you Mr Brown . Question can you have pets like a dog ?

  2. That’s a nice looking place and the price isn’t bad compared to the other rental videos I’ve seen. But I’m sure there will be plenty of people that say it should be less!

  3. The Moonlight Sonata in the Filipino daylight? That’s just a little artistic license to which Maestro Brown is entitled! I’m looking forward to hearing you play that tune on the fiddle, Bud! Lovely home in a beautiful setting, all depicted in a sweet little video. (I think my fear of heights would prevent me from ever sitting on that bench!)

  4. Thanks, Bud – Love the drone and valley drop-off view, a good price and location. Thought that pesky bird was going to take the drone out. It needs a covered carport, your videos have taught us that if nothing else. Maybe you should think about moving up into the mountains.

  5. nice house in a great location, would love to live there, maybe i’ll come visit again once this craziness settles down a little, in the mean time i’ll just just keep watching your great videos and dream of the good life, keep up the great work friend,
    many thanks bud

  6. This is me commenting while literally in the beginning of the video. Basically judging by the price and number of rooms. Let’s see if my impression changes after watching.
Right now, I think it’s expensive

  7. Ok, changed my mind. That bench is nice, and the view. I mean give me a hammock and I can sleep there.. though falling would be bad
And I forgot that it’s furnished

  8. First the landscaping is very nice. Hopefully a caretaker comes with it lol. The view from the bench overlooking the valley. I could imagine having my coffee there every morning. I bet the smell there was great too. By that I mean the clean country mountain air is so refreshing after being in a city there. Then we get to the inside. The first room you walked in to looked so open and inviting. I bet with the windows open and just the ceiling fan it would be very comfortable. I liked the way the rest of the house was decorated. While it’s fun to go to the city for the restaurants and malls it’s always nice to be able to leave behind. Sorry I’m rambling again. Thanks so much for taking your time to make this video. I enjoy looking at different homes. God bless and stay safe.

  9. I used to live in that compound. I rented the smaller place right next to the house. Nice place and view. The reason we moved was because of a lot of chainsaw noise. There is a lumber mill right down the road. Nice and quiet when the chainsaws are not running.

  10. Hi Bud. Just curious with no security on the place. What happens there with a furnished place if someone was to break in and steal some of the owners possessions. Who is responsible to replace?

  11. Gee Bud, That Is a Really Nice one there, Love the Country Side, I Rent a Farm Cottage Here In New Zealand, On A Deer Farm. Would love something Like that If I Moved There. Thank You Bud for Sharing.

  12. Started off thinking that it’s High for a 2brm 2 bath but after seeing it I guess it’s OK priced. As long as the grounds keeper is included. I would be concerned about the lack of bars and I could not tell if it had screens. I’m guessing that the amount of foreigners is driving the prices up everywhere
